RE license

I'm having some regrets getting my RE license for investing. The reason I got it was to have access to MLS and maybe do the occasional listing that I came across while looking for investment properties.

However, I'm already tired of having to have everything I do checked by my broker.  I've got some post cards ready to send out and I'm being delayed while everything is being discussed with the state real estate attorney.  I'm sure I'll have to make some big edits.

My plan is to market like a wholesaler but not necessarily wholesale.  Thoughts?  I don't like feeling like I have to ask mommy for permission on everything I want to do.

@Lee S. I'm a broker and I use my license for investing and am familiar with investing in California.  I sent you a connect request, lets talk.
