Double Closing in Houston

Hello Houston! I have a deal I'm completing in a couple of days. Can someone give me some recommendations on Title Companies in Houston (and name of escrow officer of you have it) that will do a double close using C's funds? I can also use transactional funding if I cannot use C's funds to close the deal. Thanks!
