Wholesaling in this crazy market
I've read various posts recently, some say this is the best time ever to invest in RE, others say this is a tough time. Which is it??
How is this current market affecting wholesalers and what do I need to avoid doing? What should I be more careful of or change to adapt to this market vs. what I've read in books written from a while back?
