Sent my first set of mailers threw the post office. Signed up for a bulk mail permit using pre-cancled stamps bought some  4x6 innvitation size envelopes and blank 4x6 cards in all about .32 cents a letter including postage. Two days later my first call it was only a buyer from the area which I added to my buyers list but was still a good sign that my letter was getting in hands! I only sent 300 sending 700 in a few days making it 1000 for the month. I typed a simple letter on photoshop getting the writing to look as close as I could to handwriting left a space to hand write the site address and hand wrote the outside of the envelopes. I'm confident that I will get more calls and find a good deal soon.
