Stop everything you're doing and go download the sticher app. Then subscribe to "buy sell fix flip." Listen to episode 12. Then start back at episode 1 and listen to all of the other episodes. Also add the other real estate podcasts seen in the video I made here
Then buy a chromecast and watch videos on YouTube on your tv. Type into YouTube search:
"Find motivated sellers"
"Find cash buyers"
"Sean terry"
Etc.
Also buy than Merrill's wholesaling bible off amazon.
