Hi BP Community!!

I've done a lot of research on wholesaling property and One of the first steps I've taken was to building my buyers list. Now that I have atleast 10 prospective buyers and their criterias I want to know what is the best beginner method to finding motivated sellers?? I started to purchase bandit signs and then thought it would be best to do yellow letters. I'm usually not one to hesitate and I know I'm  over thinking what to do but I would love your feedback!!
