missunderstanding a deal
Okay I thought I understood all the steps required to wholesale. My understanding was that you make an offer on a house with an assignable contract. Then when they accept you get your buyer to sign the assignment of contract agreement and get your check or money from the buyer then you are done dealing with them. Am I wrong am I missing some things. Please correct me as I have a large buyers list and some perfect homes to make offers too. I need to move quickly.
