Hello there. I've been on this blog for less than a week and I'm already inspired to make the next move! I'm thinking about getting 203K loan to buy and repair multi family in NYC to live in it and refi. In your experience how easy or hard is it to get 203K loan? Thank you in advance. Happy investing!
