Tracfone forwaded to CallRail...is this traceable?

I got a Tracfone to use for my bandit signs to avoid hassles with the sign police.  I want to track how many calls I get with CallRail.  

Previously, I was told by CallRail support that the numbers they provide are traceable.

I was thinking about forwarding my Tracphone to a CallRail number, and have the calls ring on my Verizon cell phone.  

Does anyone know if this make my Tracfone traceable by the sign police?
