Help with double escrow title companies

Hello everyone, I'm new to wholesaling. I live in the Inland Empire,CA. I'm looking for a little bit of help. I'm looking for a title company that will do double closings around my area. I've called a bunch of them, but they don't do it. If I could get some help that would be great.
