Hey timara, I'd stay away from paying high dollars for attorney advice eapecially if you are just starting out. I'm sure we can all share our contracts with you if you need one. I've been using the same two page contract to tie up millions of dollars of real estate for years....  shoot over your information and I'll hook you up.  Ur going to be great.  Keep up that smile.
