wholesaling in Tampa
I am reaching out on here because i am pretty new to this wholesaling in the Tampa Bay area. I have not yet closed my first deal but am looking to soon get one closed. I am a little hesitant on making my first move because I want to be sure that I am making the correct steps towards closing a deal. I have some buyers on my buyers list and are ready to jump into this. I have been looking for properties on Zillow and Craigslist. But when looking I can't seem to wrap my hands around what is a good deal and what might not be worth the time to look into. If you wouldn't mind a little guidance would be greatly appreciated!
