Hi fellow wholesalers! I am interested in other wholesaler experiences in the business around the country. What are some frequent hurdles you experience in the profession? Does it have to do with overcoming seller objections to price, contract language, buyer lists, advertising, estimating rehab costs, determining ARV, finding the deals?

I would be interested in seeing what other people in the business experience as your biggest hurdle!
