Wholesale Purchase Sale and Assignment Agreements
Good morning BP community. I live in Charlotte NC and I'm new to the concept of Wholesaling Real Estate. I'm looking for guidance on clauses that would protect me as an investor to include in the purchase/sale and assignment agreements. Where do I gain accesses to the agreement templates and should I have an attorney draft it for me? Finally, could anyone recommend an investor friendly real estate attorney in the Charlotte market?
