Question on Loan
I'm fairly new to real estate and I'm looking into banks that would loan funds for me to purchase homes from auctions. The down fall is that a bank wants to approve the exact property in which you are purchasing, however, in an auction there's a chance that home can be redeemed. There is no guarantee that the home I present to the bank will be the home I will actually get.
Any advice?
