Wholesaling questions

Hi, I am looking to get started in wholesaling real estate in Florida and have a few questions. Is a business license required to wholesale? Is assigning a contract or double closing better for me? Once I find a home to purchase, what paperwork must I get signed in order to put the deal through? Once I find an investor for the property, what paperwork is needed for that?
