What kind of business license requirements are there to wholesale real estate in Florida? Thank you.

all income is taxed, I wholesale in Boynton with no license and you don't technically need one, BUT on rare occasions you get pissed off realtors trying to bring you up on charges of practicing real estate without a license. If you follow the rules and never advertise properties you don't have an actual contract on, you will be fine.
