hey everyone!
I am having a bit of a roadblock when it comes to the process of wholesaling. I understand everything up until the time when u get the property under contract.

i know that you contact a investor, now my thing is the paperwork that is neccessary to complete the deal.

i know i should have my buyer sign the assignment of contract, but i heard that there is some more paper work i would have to have signed by the buyer, is that right and if so what other forms?
