Advice On Wholesaling Mobile Homes/Manufactured

Hello Everyone. We are an active Wholesaling Firm here in Southwest FL. I generate quite a bit of leads every single month, and get many calls about people looking to move their Mobile Home. 

I have always been taught to stay away from them, but have heard that many people wholesale Mobile or "Manufactured"

What is your best advice in how to deal with Wholesaling this assets, and whats the best way to figure out the true value of them?
