Should I use more than 1 contract?
So I might have my 1st deal. There are 3 houses all of them are vacant, right next to each of other and owned by the same person she lives in the same state about 2 hours away from me. The question is basically How do i structure this contact? Should I use 3 different contracts or just 1?
I live in Texas btw
