Just Beginning

Hello.  I am just in the beginning stages of my RE journey.  I am currently interested in being a wholesaler and I'm trying to build a buyer list with very little success.  If anybody could help me with information regarding building a buyer list that would be wonderful.  I live in the High Desert in Southern California, specifically Hesperia.  Surrounding cities include Victorville, Apple Valley, and Adelanto.  I'm also in the process of getting my RE license.  Thank you!

I am just beginning also. I started a few months ago and I have my first property under contract. Its new and exciting. Every day I am learning something new. Support from family and friends is huge. But building a team and networking is also huge. I don't have a lot of network yet but working on it. I live in San Diego and working on my first deal in Holtville, CA, about 2 hours away. I come from a medical military background. This is totally new for me. Work at it at least a little bit everyday and you will get there. @Andre Eakins I just watched Tom Krol's youtube video on "How to Wholesale a house in 5 days..." good info on how to build a cash buyers list. Thanks for the tip.
