Opportunity found but need to know my financing options
Hello there, I'm new to the practical part of wholesaling and flipping and I've come across a great potential flip but I don't want to wholesale it to another investor. I'm just curious what are my financing options (being my first deal) if any, if I want to rehab and flip it and where/who could I find to finance this deal? HELP PLEASE! Don't want to miss this! Thanks in advance for any and all advice/suggestions.

Melody, we have been using no money down lines of credit funding instead of hard money to do deals. If you have a decent credit score you can do it too!
