I saw something very interesting today.. I just finished my RE broker CE and for the first time I saw on the lead in page the following link.

"If you suspect anyone of selling or conduction business without a license click here for complaint form the BRE takes this very seriously ."

Not sure if anyone has run into this before but usually you have to dig for complaint forms..it went on to say if your in a transaction and you suspect the persons your dealing with is not licensed the BRE would like you to fill out this complaint form to follow up.

Pretty easy click and fill in... I can see agents if they get a little peeved at non licensed wholesalers starting to file complaints..

Anyway though it was interesting.. and maybe a sign of the times in some states to crack down on illegal brokering without a licesne.

Steve,

What do you consider a troll? I could name a few myself. 75% on BP are trolls, but I don't call them out like you, and Jay does.

I never identified you as a troll;  I only placed that label on the now non-member named joe gore. I am not so sure that the percentage of members that are trolls is as high as you stated, but if you see any post that is obviously a troll then you should use the "report abuse" feature that is on the little menu beside each post. BP management will deal with reports of trolls so as to keep propriety in the forums.
