Hi - I'm wondering if anyone has used mailing lists from Realeflow. If you have used it, do you find the lists up to date? Have you used Listsource and if so, how does Realeflow compare? I have used Listsource in the past but the Realeflow monthly membership would be much less expensive than buying a list.

Try agentpro247.com. You can sign up for $20 per month and pull 2,000 leads per month or pay as you go at 5 cents per lead.

I also use their software to find the owners of empty houses for 5 cents a pop. You simply type in the address and purchase that lead for 5 cents! Much cheaper than skip tracing.

I think you have to pay $20 to start your account but that's good for 4,000 absentee owner leads @ 5 cents each.
