Real Estate Attorney in NJ?

Hey does anyone know of any good wholesaler friendly RE attorneys in the Somerset County area?

I need some Purchase and Sale agreement contracts to buy properties in "as is" condition.

Thanks for your response guys.  Also in NJ can i assign a contract to someone else? If so will I need an attorney as the middle man? Will I need financing for the deal?

An attorney is going to charge you to draft an contract. If you want, Pm and I'll email you a wholesale contract that I've used in the past in NJ.

If you just need one for a contract to buy properties in 'as is condition' you can dig a little on the web and find some good ones.   Or, if you want an attorney, they can easily draft a contract for 'as is'.  In fact, the 'as is' part is really just a clause or two.

If you want a wholesale friendly attorney because you need him to help you structure a contract or deal for a double close or flip of the contract, thats a different story.  Thats worthwhile use of an attorney, but I don't know of any.  Harry Frieland of Frieland Levitan et al is a guy with decades of real estate experience (if he's still practicing that is) but I don't think he'd be able to help you here.  However, he might know of a great referral for you.
