Need help on wholesale apartment

I was contacted buy a wholesale buyer interested in buying apartments units. I have no experience  in wholesaling apartment buildings. Illregardless, I thought the payday would be great, but evenmore the experience I would gain from such a transaction would be out of this world.   I undrstand the real estate game is about knowledge and experience, which I have limited of both. But what I do have I'm going to try. I already know, but how can I compete if I'm sitting on the bench and not in the game? Failure or Success, I have to try.  HOW do I start can you help?
