I'm looking for examples of a valid wholesaling contract. From what I understand it can differ from state to state. I'm in Rhode Island. Would you use a REALTOR® Purchase and Sales Agreement? It has a section for Assignment on it. "This Agreement may be assigned by either party without written consent of the other, and shall be binding upon the assigns of Buyer and Seller..."
