Hey guys, I'm  a newbie still trying ro find leads to start wholesaling in Las Vegas, NV but I was thinking of renting out my current property I own and moving to another state to start wholesaling or other forms of investments like fix and flipping or buy and holding. Just wanted to hear everyones opinion in different parts of the country that may think their market is hot.

There are no bad real estate markets, only bad real estate investors. Learn to be a good real estate investor and move wherever you'd prefer to live.
