wholesaling an owner finance?
hi BP,
Can you wholesale an owner ffinance? This would be my first wholesale deal so I'm very new to this. Example I will be purchasing for 160k and I have a buyer for 170k. How does this work?

When I do it, I just add my wholesale fee to the buyer's down payment. I get mine, the seller gets theirs.
