MLS vs Propertyshark.com
Hi everyone, from NYC. My first BP posting :D
Searched around but did not come across this topic.
I am looking for a program to comp residential properties.
I'm not an agent, but can get access to the MLS via a licensed agent.
Propertyshark.com is big here. Basic price is $40 per mos.
Has anyone used both services?
Do you prefer one over the other?
Any strong arguments for either or both?
Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
