Wholesaling Newbie
Does anybody know of any seasoned/experienced wholesalers in the Cincinnati,Ohio area that I could partner up with and "get schooled" on doing some deals with? Since I'm a newbie with little/to no money down I figured the best way for me to get started on doing things right and avoiding newbie pitfalls is to partner up with someone. For the first 3 deals I'm giving all profits to my partner. After that I'll take 30%, 30/70 until l feel l'm comfortable doing deals on my own.
