Good Day San Antonio, 

My name is Matt and I'm currently sending direct mail to San Antonio. However, I am looking for a wholesaler or two who can be my "boots on the ground." 

I take the calls, vet the leads, you go out, meet with the sellers, close the deals, I put in escrow, we split the deal.
