Riches In The Niches!
Hey guys! I've been marketing for distressed properties pretty consistently. As for direct mail marketing, what niche works best for wholesalers? I know there are many (absentee, tax lien, vacant, probate, etc.) but I don't want to attack all niches and have my arms outstretched. Any advice would help. Thanks
