Tax delinquent list script

I am just trying the tax delinquent list and in the process of getting the list from the two major cities around me. Does anyone else have massive success mailing this list and what do you mail (by that I mean what does your card look like and what would you say to them?) because I know you talk differently to a probate list than you do to a vacant homeowner.
