Hello RE Wholesaling Q & A!,

I have been studying nonstop about wholesaling & I have encountered 2 major problems! I have gotten a buyers list started but haven't been able to find the accurate type of whole sale contract to send to potential motivated sellers. I am attempting to close a deal locally here in the Bay area or atleast 100 miles within San jose. This would be my 1st real estate deal & I have been stuck with not finding a proper contract plus I'm not sure if it is necessary to get a LLC before I even try closing a deal. I would love to connect with an experienced wholesaler that has worked in the area that I could possibly advise me the the right direction!
