Wholesaling contract in Fl ??

Hey BP,

I am trying to get my ducks in a row regarding a wholesaling contract that regards FL Law, as I will be wholesaling properties in Tallahassee, FL. Recently, I received a small one-page contract from a fellow BP member (thanks BP!). All seemed great and I assumed I could use this as my contract here in FL. But as we all know it's good to run these things be a professional RE attorney. So today I made a few phone calls and I spoke with an experienced attorney in my area. I'm unsure whether or not we were on the same page but he explained to be that I should just use a sale and purchase contract that complies with the FL bar and the FL board of realtors. He explained not to fix anything that is not broken.

Does anyone have some insight into this?

Any wholesalers in Florida that can send me their contracts that they have used successfully?

Thanks!

Brock Laramee

Brock,

That one page is completely legal and you will have no issues with it. We have used it countless times in florida and several other states with no issues.
