What is wrong with this thread! Someone does have it right. Putting property under contract with NO intention of closing is lying at best and hurts the seller. The people suggestion using BS escape clauses? Would you TRUST someone advocating using lies and deception in any dealings? I am sure I have made a few people mad with my posts about this, but we either all stand up for what is right or? If you want to "wholesale" get an education, get a license, get funding, whatever...but GET SOME INTEGRITY and operate honestly.  If you have NO intention of closing, WHY are you submitting contracts telling a seller you will? This is the WRONG way to enter real estate investing.
