Wholesaling in Frederick, MD

For the last 9-10 months I have found it very difficult to locate wholesale deals in the Frederick/Washington Co area. I have found success in PA and a few other states but not in that market. I have been told Frederick/Washington Co is good for rehab or buy and hold but not wholesaling; I have to admit I agree. Is anyone experiencing something different? I would be interested in hearing what other investor/wholesalers are experiencing in the Frederick market.
