Purchase Agreement
I am working on my first real estate wholesale deal. I found a property at below market value. The seller reached out to a licensed realtor for help with the transaction. The realtor would like me to sign a traditional purchase contract. My question is, are all purchase contracts transferable? Any insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
