How does wholesaling work for a real estate agent?

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking for about a week, this is my first post!

I've been a real estate agent in NYC for about 6 months, and I'm looking to start wholesaling. Is wholesaling different for a real estate agent, than non real estate agent?

Also, does a real estate agent that wholesales get paid any different?
