How Do you Decide What to Keep and What to Wholesale?

I have a few deals coming up and both of them fit in the fix and flip, fix and rent (HOLD) or Wholesale. category.  Just wondering how do you guys decide what to keep and what to wholesale and why.

I know there is no telling what is around the next phone call…

Raina Hi good Question for me that all depends on the Area,Comps, & Repairs of the Homes since i do a few of what you stated fix & Flip,Hold & Wholesale if the Repairs are where it needs to be for a Flip then i buy it an flip instead of Wholesaling if the Repairs are to High I will wholesale it an last if the Property is in an area where there are Lots of Renters I usually keep it but thats all by Location.
