Abandoned House

I came across an old abandoned house a few miles away from my home. I think it had a lot of potential to wholesale, if of course I can get the owner on board. How do I find the owner? I've tried looking online on Spokeo, but it doesn't have any available information. I heard somewhere that you can go to the court house and inquire that information. Is that true? Do they just give that information to just anyone? - First time wholesaler here, so if you have any additional advice, please let me know!! Thanks!

Your county assessor's office will have the owner's info.  It's public information so you can get it for free.  In your county, it looks like you can even get it online here:

Canyon County Assessor search page (click on "Guest Access" near the top left of the page)
