Hi BP, would anyone happen to know a good lawyer that handles assignment contracts and simultaneous closings? Or any advice on how I can get a good contract on my hands that I would feel safe using in Massachusetts? This would be a huge help for my future business and I'd appreciate all your help! Thank you
