Hi everyone!

I am new to real estate investing and looking to gain as much knowledge as you can possibly throw at me! I plan to begin by wholesaling and assigning some properties, then move on to rehabbing when I have some more capital. Any tips on resources to learn the ins and outs of wholesaling? Analyzing if a property is a deal? How to find good power team members? etc. I appreciate your help!!!
