Hello BP Fam,
I'm new to investing and I'm trying to JV to get started. What are your responsibilities in a JV if you're the one bringing in the deal? (distressed property). The experienced investors I'm working with are telling me I need to find the owner and talk to them. How am I supposed to feel confident in what I'm doing, and I have no idea what I'm doing.
