(Newbie) Looking for a Wholesale mentor
I am looking for a wholesale mentor.
I am currently a 23yr old librarian for Nashville Public Library. I really want to start a career in real estate investing. I am in the process of finishing real estate school to get a better understanding of what I'm getting into.
I know real estate is what I want to do, so I know that I need someone who has been where I'm trying to go. Even Yoda had a master.
If there is anyone in the Nashville area, please tell me what questions I need to be asking because I know with the right guidance I can make us both a lot of money.

Keep studying and begin looking for deals. Going to a potential mentor with a deal is a lot better than asking them to be your mentor.
