LOOKING FOR ACTIVE WHOLESALERS TO MENTOR NEWBIE WHOLESALER

Hi, My name is Sharda and i am a newbie wholesaler. I am looking for other wholesalers that will walk me through deals and show me the way. In turn i will do JV deals or other marketing strategies for a mentor that they require. I just need Basic Knowledge about wholesaling, and what contracts to use. How to find attorney's that will work with wholesalers and whatever else i need to know. I will birddog for you because I am ready to do what it takes to educate myself first. Also, i am looking for wholesalers that are able to show me with no money down, and/or no credit down type of wholesaling. If not, what are some e courses you would recommend to get the basic knowledge of wholesaling?
