Expired MLS Listings

Don Yacono

Posted

Hello,

I'm a wholesaler looking for an agent who can provide me with expired MLS listings from the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area.

If you are interested,I can reciprocate by helping you re-list some of these properties.

If interested, I'll be happy to meet with you and discuss.

Thanks.

@Don Yacono How can you help an agent re-list expired listings? They could just contact the seller on thier own and offer to relist it for them. You can contact pretty much any agent and ask them to pull expired listings for you. Just let them know that you are an investor.
