Talking to Cash Buyers
Hello,
I am new to wholesaling and real estate. I have been around real estate my whole life with a mom who is a broker in the state of MI and a father who is in the mortgage business. I purchased tons of software and signs to help me wholesale with a website and all but can't find any cash buyers.
I read that I should tell cash buyers about myself wth all honesty. When doing this method all cash buyers I contact I can tell they open the emails (software). I give them an intro to who I am then tell them what I can do for them. No responses from 3-6 month old Cash Buyer List that show they previously purchased a home for cash 3-6 months ago.
Any Advice?
I'm wholesaling in Detroit, MI and I also am trying to obtain investors that would invest in Phoenix, AZ where a friend is trying the same thing with no avail obtaining investors.

If you offer a deal with meat on the bone, that list will get active very quick.
There are plenty of "Wholesalers" out there, I have a stack of cards 3 inches thick and receive contact from less than 5% about actual properties for sale. Only 5 percent of the emails I receive from those wholesalers are actually deals.
Find the properties and the cash buyers will come, guaranteed!
