Hey Everyone, For those of you that actively do wholesale deals, how do you write out your contracts? Is there a general contract template that can be adapted to various deals? I'm trying to get an idea of this aspect of wholesaling so that I am prepared in advance of my first deal. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
